- How to register in SST for Peer Tutoring:
- Complete the Academic Assistance form (see link above)
- Check your school email for confirmation.
- Log in to Student Support Time and register for peer tutoring sessions(s) on the days you can attend.
- Sign up daily or several days in advance to reserve your spot
- NOTE: It is the student's responsibility to register in SST for the sessions they plan to attend.

- Marvel Academy (Saturday & After school)
- What is Marvel Academy?
- Marvel Academy provides an excellent opportunity for students to extend their learning beyond regular school hours with 2-hour sessions on select Saturdays throughout the academic year.
- Work independently on assignments, projects, and personal studies
- Receive assistance from peer tutors and select certified teachers.
- Make up tests or quizzes they may have missed during the week.
- Work collaboratively with partners on group projects.

Career Pathway Completion/ Medallion Requirements & Honors
Pathway Medallions
- Who is eligible?
- Senior students can earn a medallion for graduation in the following areas: advanced academic, fine arts, foreign language, and/or career tech.
- What are the requirements?
- To earn a medallion, students must be a member of an honor society and have completed at least 3 courses within their area of completion, as well as additional requirements located on each of the forms below.
- What if I qualify for a medallion in multiple areas?
- If a student qualifies for a medallion in multiple areas, they will receive a PIN for each additional pathway. Students will only receive 1 medallion.
- When will I receive my medallion/pin(s)?
- All medallions/pin(s) are distributed during the graduation practice/senior picnic. Seals are distributed when you pick up your diploma after graduation.
- What about the community service requirement?
- Community Service is required, and needs to be verified by your respective club/CTSO sponsors.

Please follow ALL steps for GAVS Registration:
- FALL/SPRING REQUESTS: Complete the Forsyth County Schools (FCS) Online Course Application - Infinite Campus
- Create a GA Virtual School student account (GA Virtual Register Account)
- Search for the course(s) needed and add to GA Virtual "backpack"
Key points to remember:
- GA Virtual A courses: 1st semester of the course (Fall)
- GA Virtual B courses: 2nd semester of the course (Spring)
- Please register for BOTH courses to register for a GA Virtual Course
- GA Virtual Courses will only be approved after the FCS Online Course Application (Infinite Campus) has been completed.

- Requests are completed in the order that they are received and will be sent based on the due date for each college.
- Transcripts for Common App/ Coalition cannot be processed without the approval of a counselor.
- For Coalition applications, you will need to pay for self view and notify the college/university registrar that it was completed through Coalition.
